Utilities are included in the rent and rent is based on your income. The building is energy efficient for your comfort. All apartments are handicap accessible with no steps or stairs. The apartments have an open floor plan. Each bathroom has a large walk in shower with a folding seat and adjustable showerhead. There is an on-site manager's office and 24 hour emergency call number.
