Hay Creek offers both family and senior units for those that qualify for Section 8. The senior units are designated for those 62 years of age or older, or disabled of any age.
If the cost of maintaining your home has become too much, we may be able to assist you. All utilities are included and our staff handles repairs and grounds maintenance.
Our Community is just minutes from shopping, restaurants, parks, banks and Menominee Senior Center. Our community has a playground and patios for enjoyment in a country setting within the city limits. Bussing is offered by the Menominee School District for all school aged children.
