Rent includes heat, water, sewer and trash removal. Public transportation is available. Low traffic area as the building is on a dead end street. Occassional viewing of deer and turkeys. All units were remodeled only a short time ago. Pine Manor is an Elderly Community which is defined as 62 years of age or disabled of any age. Rent is based on income.
