City Hall Artspace Lofts combines 53 units of affordable live/work space for artists and their families with work shop & studio spaces located in the Connector building. The renovated buildings offers studios, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom units. The Artist's Selection Committee has provided the following guidelines for those that have made a commitment to and / or participate in the arts: A person who works in or is skilled in any of the fine arts, including but not limited to: painting, drawing, sculpture, book arts and printmaking A person who creates imaginative works of aesthetic literature, costume design, photography, music composition and architecture A person who creates functional art, including but no limited to: jewelry, rugs, furniture, pottery, toys, quilts A performer, including but not limited to: singers, musicians, dancers, actors and performance artists Income restrictions also apply.
