Bay Park Tower South hosts 41 "independent living" units. There are 40 one bedroom units as well as 1 two bedroom unit, each with a spacious balcony. Each floor is accessible by elevator. Our large community room holds a large kitchen area for guests to utilize or schedule family gatherings or resident activities, as well as an area to watch television or utilize the resident computers to surf the internet. the laundry facility is located on the first floor with three coin-operated washers and dryers. Our building is secured with an intercom system so that no one is allowed in unless resident grants access. We are a non-smoking campus.
