Joan Manley Wolfe is a Section 8 community offering 16 barrier free apartments specifically designated for occupancy by physically disabled persons. The waiting list is currently open and accepting applications. Heat, water, trash removal, grounds maintenance and 24-hour emergency maintenance are included. Each unit has a full kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom and dining area. For medical emergencies pull cords are located in the bedroom and bathroom of all units. The community has a laundry facility, community room and office on site. Joan Manley Wolfe is located near a major shopping mall, parks, medical facilities and numerous restaurants.
