For safe and secure living, the apartments have intercom controlled entrances, emergency pull cords in both the bedroom and bathroom. The bathrooms are equipped with grab bars.
Each apartment overlooks an atrium that houses a cafe for light lunches. A variety of community events are held in the atrium for the senior's enjoyment.
